Homeschooling Program: Fall 2020

Covid-19 Update: Our September classes will be held virtually using the applications Discord and Roll20. It is our hope that by October we can meet in person again–stay tuned for further updates.

We are currently offering one (1) homeschooling class, but if there is an interest, we will add more.

Our homeschooling course runs once a week for three (3) hours and lasts for six (6) weeks.

Register multiple siblings for the same session, save $25 on the second (+) child.

Topics & Learning Outcomes

Character Development
Through game play and journaling, students will be provided with opportunities to reflect on their character’s growth, as well as their personal development.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
From map-making to monster creation to puzzles within the game, students will have several opportunities to stretch their skills and grow their knowledge.

Whether students are rolling dice and adding their characters’ skill numbers to their dice rolls or keeping track of their inventory, math makes it way into each session.

Social Skills
Students will work together during the campaign as they develop communication skills and work on their frustration tolerance.
